We absolutely love this place. They’ve been taking care of Dobby and Otis for a long time now, and it truly feels like a second home for our boys. The team is always flexible, patient, and so gentle — especially with Dobby, who’s an anxious little guy and not the easiest to win over.

We also love that (from what we understand) it’s a Korean family-owned business — the warmth, consistency, and attention to detail really shows in how they treat every dog that walks through the door.

Every time we drop them off, we know they’re in good hands. It’s rare to find groomers you can fully trust, but they’ve earned it over and over again. The boys always come back happy, calm, and looking adorable. We’re really grateful for the way they care for them like family.

That being said, I highly recommend PetJoy when you're looking to treat your pup to a relaxing spa day. Kaiya started with Jinny when she was just a puppy so it's been well over a decade now and we are still very pleased and happy clients. They took me in so fast and treated my dog so well! He was so clean and fresh - they took their time and it showed! Reasonable pricing as well.

Usually my dog is super skittish going to new places but he had no issue going in here today for the first time and Jinny welcomed us both so warmly.
